The Roland W. Proescher Scholarship program awards need-based scholarships to students from the South Hampton Roads region od Virginia seeking a bachelor's degree in dentistry, engineering, medicine, pharmacy, or other sciences. Students who have demonstrated academic ability, volunteer service, voluntary or paid work experience, and extracurricular activities are encouraged to apply.
