  • Child of a U.S. Navy Surface Warfare qualified sailor who is on active duty, retired, or honorably discharged
  • Resident of the U.S.
  • Seeking an associate or bachelor’s degree (child/spouse), or graduate degree (spouse)
  • Studying in a STEMrelated field
  • Fulltime student (child) or full or part-time student (spouse)
  • Participation in extracurricular activities
  • Child aged 22 or younger or spouse
  • Exhibit merit through academic performance and character
