The Ronald Dean Estes Scholarship program awards need-based scholarships to students who are graduating seniors from Chelan or Douglas counties in Washington or Ritzville High School (Adams County), Washington. Students who participate in school sports, events, and church activities, or are employed are welcome to apply. First-generation college students receive special consideration.
