The Rose City Marine Corps League Annual Scholarship is available to students at Tyler Junior College School of Professional and Technical Programs. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students in the following order: 1. U.S. Marine Corps active duty or honorably discharged, 2. U.S. Marine Corps veterans and immediate family members 3. U.S. Armed Services veterans’ family members and first responders and their family members.
