  • Graduated high school in Idaho, or attending a college or university in Idaho
  • Seeking an associate, bachelor's, graduate, law, medical degree, or Ph.D.
  • LGTBIQ+
  • Proven leadership potential in the LGBTQ+ community or field of study
  • Lack of a broader LGBTQ+ community support system
  • Encountered additional barriers to education, including economic, racial, social, geographical, or being politically disenfranchised
  • Demonstrate financial need
