The Rotary Club of Indian Rocks Beach - John J. Todia, III Arts Scholarship is offered to graduating high school seniors at Largo, Osceola Fundamental, or Seminole high schools in Pinellas County, Florida. Students who demonstrate an interest in the arts and are majoring in an art-related field are welcome to apply.

  • Participate in extracurricular arts activities such as cinematography, dance, drama, film production, instrumental music, photography, theatre, vocal, and visual arts, and demonstrate 50+ hours of school and community service
