The Rotary Club of St. Cloud Trade Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from City of Life, Harmony, St. Cloud, or Tohopekaliga high schools in Florida who plan to attend Osceola Technical College or Valencia College. Students seeking a professional certification or associate degree and a career as a plumber, electrician, firefighter, paramedic, or police officer are eligible to apply.
