The Rotary Club of the Northern Neck, Kilmarnock, Irvington, White Stone Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Virginia attending Lancaster or Northumberland high schools or Northern Neck Technical Center (students of the Technical Center must attend Lancaster High School or Northumberland High School as their home school) in Virginia. Students who serve their community and participate in extracurricular activities are welcome to apply.
