Rough Rider Society Scholarship provides financial assistance to family of members of the North Dakota National Guard Enlisted Association (NDNGEA) and the National Guard Association of North Dakota (NGAND) who are attending college or graduate school in any state.

Requirements
  • This program is open to 1) unmarried dependent children of active and life NDNGEA and NGAND members; 2) spouses of active and life NDNGEA and NGAND members; and 3) unmarried spouses and unmarried dependent children of deceased NDNGEA and NGAND members who were in good standing at the time of their death.
  • Applicants must submit an essay on what patriotism means to them.
