Requirements
  • This program is open to Illinois residents who have held a valid real estate license for at least 1 year.
  • Applicants must be interested in furthering their real estate career through a program of leadership training at a college, university, or junior college.
  • They may also participate in leadership training in a program offered by the Illinois Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, a local Chamber of Commerce, the American Society of Association Executives, or a similar organization.
