The Roy and Hazel Edwards Scholarship supports students attending Western Carolina University. Students who participate in the Pride of the Mountains Marching Band, graduated from a high school in select counties in North Carolina, and demonstrate financial need are welcome to apply, particularly graduates of Smoky Mountain High School in Sylva, North Carolina.
