The Roy Smith Memorial Scholarship supports the educational goals of graduating seniors from any high school in the Coastal Bend Community Foundation (CBCF) area of Texas. Students studying for a degree in agricultural science at a college or university in Texas are welcome to apply. Residents of Nueces County receive special consideration.
