The Roy V. Armes Scholarship program is available to graduating high school seniors who are the children of a current Cooper Tire and Rubber Employee. Students who are seeking a bachelor's degree in engineering or business are encouraged to apply. Students who receive a full-ride from other organizations are not eligible to apply.
