  • This program is open to high school seniors who are Native American members of both non-federally and federally recognized tribes and live within the Redding Rancheria service area, which covers most of Shasta County, California.
  • Applicants must be planning to enroll at an accredited college, university, or trade school in any state.
  • They must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
