The Ruben P. Flores Endowed Scholarship supports first-generation college students from Edison, Fox Tech, Jefferson, or Lanier High Schools in the San Antonio Independent School District of Texas. Students are encouraged to apply if they are working toward a degree, certificate, or planning to transfer to a 4-year university.
