About the Scholarship

The Ruby A. Brown Memorial Scholarship is available to adult students who are residents of Anderson, Blount, Campbell, Claiborne, Cocke, Grainger, Hamblen, Jefferson, Loudon, Monroe, Morgan, Roane, Scott, Sevier, or Union counties in Tennessee. Special consideration is given to students with experience or aspirations in serving the community as public health nurses.
