About the Scholarship

The Ruby A. Carter Memorial Scholarship is a merit and need-based program available to students who are graduating seniors or current college students from Raleigh County, West Virginia. Students who plan to attend or are attending the University of Charleston-Beckley will be considered. Students who graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School and plan to major in education will be given special consideration.
