The Ruby Ennis Maynard Scholarship supports the educational goals of single mothers or female heads of households who reside in Chatham, Durham, Orange, Onslow, or Wake counties in North Carolina. Students seeking professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to members of the First Presbyterian Church of Jacksonville, North Carolina, and/or residents of Onslow County, NC.
