The Ruby Ennis Maynard Scholarship supports the educational goals of single mothers or female heads of households who reside in Chatham, Durham, Orange, Onslow, or Wake counties in North Carolina. Women who are enrolled in an undergraduate degree or certificate program are welcome to apply. Members of the First Presbyterian Church of Jacksonville, North Carolina, and/or residents of Onslow county will be given special consideration.
