The Rudy and Margaret Minton Memorial Scholarship is open to students pursuing a career in law enforcement, education, paramedic, or civic and related occupations at Kankakee Community College. Students who are residents of the unincorporated communities of Pembroke, St. Anne, or Wichert in Kankakee County, or Beaverville or Papineau in Iroquois County, Illinois are encouraged to apply.
