The Russ Hyde 4-H Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors who are members of the Chemung County 4H Club, in New York. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students who have participated in 4-H for three or more years.
