The Russell and Dora Petrie Scholarship Fund supports students from Black Hawk County, Iowa, as they pursue postsecondary education. Graduating high school seniors planning to attend a 4-year school, or graduates attending seminary at an Evangelical Lutheran Church of America are encouraged to apply.
