The Ruth F. Wallace Scholarship is available to graduating seniors of Thomson High School in Georgia. Students who have been active in their community, church, or extracurricular activities and who are planning to get a degree related to business, education, engineering, manufacturing, or technology are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to students with financial need.

Requirements
  • Minimum SAT composite score of 1000 **or** an ACT composite score of 25
  • Resident of McDuffie County, Georgia
  • Graduating senior of Thomson High School in Georgia
  • Studying for a degree in business, education, engineering, manufacturing, or technology
  • Participate in community service, church activities, or extracurricular activities First preference is given to students who need financial assistance to continue their education, followed by students who will graduate with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
