The Ruth Messmer Scholarship is available to female graduating seniors or graduates of a high school in Charlotte, Collier, Glades, Hendry, or Lee counties in Florida. Applicants will be reviewed for their leadership in community service and leadership. Students who plan to pursue a career in business are welcome to apply.
