The RVCC Carl Perkins Scholarship is open to students in a career and technical education program at River Valley Community College in New Hampshire. Individuals with disabilities, from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, preparing for non-traditional careers for their gender, single parents, English learners, individuals re-entering the workforce, those experiencing homelessness, in foster care, or dependents of active-duty Armed Forces members are encouraged to apply.
