The Ryan Wells Foundation Scholarship is offered to high school students in Pinellas County, Florida who are pursuing a degree in culinary arts or hospitality. Graduating seniors from select high schools in Pinellas County are welcome to apply. Students attending a school not specifically listed must be dually enrolled at Pinellas Technical College for culinary arts or a related field.

  • Attend Bayside, Dixie Hollins, Lealman Innovation Academy, Northeast, Osceola Fundamental, or Tarpon Springs high schools in Florida, or students attending another county high school must be dually enrolled at Pinellas Technical College for culinary arts or baking and pastry
  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree
