The Sacramento Region Top Achiever Scholarship provides financial assistance to high school seniors in Amador, Calaveras, El Dorado, Placer, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Sutter, Yolo, or Yuba counties, California, who are recognized as a Sacramento Region Top Achiever. Students seeking a bachelor's degree in CA are encouraged to apply.
