The Saginaw Promise Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors who reside within the 'Promise Zone' boundaries of the Saginaw school district which includes the cities of Saginaw and Zilwaukee and townships of Buena Vista and Kochville in Michigan. Students who have lived in the Promise Zone for a minimum of three years and are seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree at a college or university in Michigan are eligible to apply.
