About the Scholarship

The Saginaw Social Service Club – Norman D. Osborne Memorial Scholarship is available to residents of Saginaw County, Michigan who are currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in a human service field. Students who are at least college sophomores at the time of application are eligible to apply. Recipients are chosen for their participation in community service or work experience and demonstration of financial need.
