Requirements
  • This program is open to full-time undergraduate and graduate students from any state currently enrolled at colleges and universities in southwest Missouri.
  • Applicants must be preparing for a career in human resource management, as demonstrated through completed coursework related to human resources (e.g., business administration, psychology, or a related field), work experience, and a statement of goals and objectives.
  • They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and be able to demonstrate leadership, character, and potential for success.
  • Preference is given to student members of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Springfield Area Human Resource Association (SAHRA).
