Requirements
  • This program is open to women who reside in or graduated from high school in Monterey, San Benito, or Santa Cruz counties in California.
  • Applicants must have been employed as a farm laborer or have at least 1 parent or a spouse who has been employed as a farm laborer for at least 2 consecutive seasons in those counties.
  • They must be working on a bachelor's degree, associate degree, or accredited trade school degree in any field at a school in any state and have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • There are no age restrictions or financial need requirements.
