Requirements
  • This program is open to seniors graduating from a high school in North Carolina in the top quarter of their class and planning to attend a 4-year college or university in the state.
  • Both males and females are eligible.
  • Applicants must be sponsored by a Federated Club.
  • Selection is based on character, scholastic records, evidence of intellectual promise, demonstration of ambition, leadership ability, and financial need.
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status is required.
