The Salute to Scholars Program is awarded to graduating seniors at any Hillsborough, Pinellas, or Pasco County high school in Tampa Bay, Florida, and to seniors at any high school in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Students who are dependents of U.S. Armed Service active duty, retired, or deceased members are encouraged to apply.
