The Sandra Neiderhiser/Ligonier Valley BPW Scholarship is available to high school graduating seniors who are residents of the Ligonier area in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to applicants who have faced social, economic, or educational barriers due to systemic gender inequity.
