The Sara Hutchings Clardy Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors or equivalent schooling from Arizona who are members of the Japanese American Citizens League, Arizona Chapter, or their children. Special consideration is given to students who volunteer for JACL activities and are currently involved in scouting.
