Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of Indiana who have spina bifida.
  • Applicants must be able to demonstrate a need for funding for any of the following purposes: 1) enrollment in a college, junior college, or approved trade, vocational, or business school; 2) acquisition of equipment or supplies, including (but not limited to) Ritalin or other prescription drugs not covered by health care plans, durable medical equipment, orthotic braces, catheters, or incontinence products; 3) attendance at a camp specifically designed for people with disabilities; or 4) attendance at a conference related to disabilities or spina bifida.
