The SC HOPE Scholarship Program is available to South Carolina residents who are graduating high school seniors. Students seeking a bachelor's degree from an eligible four-year public or private college or university in South Carolina who do not qualify for the LIFE Scholarship or the Palmetto Fellows Scholarship are eligible to apply.
