The Scarbrough Adult Learner Scholarship is available to adults who have not been a student for at least twenty-four months and residents of Southeastern Massachusetts. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to students pursuing a 2-year degree, professional certificate, or attending a technical school and students from Barnstable, Dukes, and Nantucket in Massachusetts( Cape Cod or the Islands).
