Requirements
  • This program is open to graduating high school seniors who are dependent children of 1) active duty and Reserve military personnel stationed at Fort Eustis; 2) active duty and Reserve Army personnel whose family members reside in the Fort Eustis community (which includes the Peninsula, Gloucester, and Southside); 3) POW/MIA or deceased Army personnel whose family resides in the Fort Eustis community; 4) retired Army personnel residing in the Fort Eustis community; 5) valid Department of Defense (DoD) identification card holder working at Fort Eustis, or 6) current members of the Spouses' Club of Fort Eustis (SCFE).
  • Applicants must be planning to enroll at a college or university in any state.
  • They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
