The Scholarship Foundation of Santa Barbara General Scholarship Program supports graduating high school seniors from Santa Barbara County in California who demonstrate financial need. Students who are receiving their G.E.D. or are current or past wards of the Santa Barbara County Court are also welcome to apply.
