Requirements
  • This program is open to graduating high school seniors who have been residents of El Dorado, Placer, Sacramento, or Yolo counties in California for at least 2 years.
  • Applicants must be planning to enroll fulltime at a 2- or 4-year college, university, or vocational/technical institution located within 100 miles of the Sacramento County Court House.
  • Selection is based on academic record, school and community activities, volunteer service, and other personal circumstances; consideration is also given to responses to questions related to future educational and career plans.
