The Seeds of Change Scholarship is open to residents of Yuma County, Arizona who are graduating seniors or graduates from high schools, adult re-entry students, and/or first-generation college students. Yuma County residents seeking a degree in the humanities field are welcome to apply. Students who have successfully completed the CAMP program at Arizona Western College receive special consideration.
