The Senator Bettye Davis Memorial Scholarship program supports minority women who reside in Alaska. African American, American Indian/Alaska Native, Asian/Pacific Islander, or Hispanic students who participate in community service and/or extracurricular activities are encouraged to apply. Preference is given to high school seniors who are pursuing postsecondary education and have professional aspirations aligned with public service.
