The Senator Teel Bivins Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Dallam, Deaf Smith, Gray, Hansford, Hartley, Hemphill, Hutchinson, Lipscomb, Moore, Ochiltree, Oldham, Parmer, Potter, Randall, or Roberts counties in Texas. Students who are enrolled in honors, AP, or dual credit courses and seeking a degree in education at a college or university in Texas are welcome to apply.
