The Sergeant Andrew Wallace Scholarship - Oshkosh offers two scholarships to graduating seniors from any high school in Oshkosh in Wisconsin, who are seeking a bachelor's degree in physical education. Special consideration is given to students who have attended Elementary School in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, as well as students who are studying in adaptive physical education and participating in military service, church, and sports.
