The SGM (Ret) William T. and Mary Evans Scholarship recognizes the residents of designated communities in Virginia. Graduating seniors who are seeking a bachelor's degree on a full-time basis are welcome to apply. Graduating seniors from Petersburg or Hopewell high schools in Virginia receive special consideration.

  • Participation in extracurricular activities
  • Demonstrate financial need Preference is given to graduating seniors from Petersburg or Hopewell high schools in Virginia.
