The Sgt. Rodney M. Davis, USMC (MOH) Memorial Scholarship program recognizes graduating seniors from a Bibb County high school in Georgia. Students who have been JROTC cadets are encouraged to apply, with special consideration given to cadets who participated for 2 or more years.
