The Sgt. Tim Chapin Memorial Scholarship is offered to graduating high school seniors or current college students from Hamilton County in Tennessee. Students with a parent/guardian who is an active Chattanooga Police officer in good standing and an active member of the Rock City FOP Lodge #22 are eligible to apply.
