The Sgt. Tim Chapin Memorial Scholarship is offered to graduating high school seniors or current college students from Hamilton County in Tennessee. Students who are 23 years old or younger and whose parents/guardians are active Chattanooga Police officers in good standing and active member of the Rock City FOP Lodge #22 are eligible to apply.
