Shenandoah Valley Amateur Radio Club Scholarship provides financial assistance to licensed radio amateurs from Virginia or West Virginia who are studying fields of business or STEM at a college in any state.

Requirements
  • This program is open to U.S. citizens who are licensed radio amateurs of technician class or higher enrolled at a college or university in any state.
  • Applicants must be majoring in business or a field of STEM. Preference is given to residents of designated counties in Virginia (Clarke, Page, Shenandoah, or Warren), city of Winchester in Virginia, or designated counties in West Virginia (Berkeley, Hampshire, or Jefferson).
  • If no qualified applicant from those communities is identified, the scholarship may be awarded to any resident of Virginia.
