The Sierra Phillips-Hess Memorial Scholarship supports graduating seniors from Fredericksburg High School in Texas. Students who have participated in Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) are welcome to apply. Selection is also based on extracurricular activities, community service work, and academics.
