The Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity "Balanced Man" Scholarship is for male undergraduates seeking a degree at The University of Southern Mississippi. Students who exhibit academic achievement, leadership abilities, and a commitment to health and well-being are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to new members of the Gamma Chapter of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity who are freshmen.
